About the Job:
PDI is looking for a highly motivated, results-driven project coordinator to assist the Professional Services team. The ideal candidate will be highly organized to efficiently manage their time and accomplish their goals. A friendly and articulate personality to work with PDI team members as well as customers. 

What You’ll Do:
  • Onboard new team members and provide training on internal systems including Replicon, Okta, Salesforce, and Microsoft Teams.
  • Support Professional Services projects by assisting on projects (where applicable) and following up on key items with Project Managers, Consultants, Managers, and customers.
  • Create and update proposals, validate contracts, maintain contract records, and billing for contracts.
  • Create new project records in internal project management systems when new Professional Services contracts are executed.
  • Coordinate meeting schedules between customers and PDI team for onsite customer visits.
  • Assist managers with timesheets, expense reports, and travel booking, as needed.
  • Update project records and project team assignments, as needed, throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create and maintain reports for department metrics tracking and as needed by management team.
  • Maintain department SharePoint site.
  • Facilitate communication and act as an effective liaison between internal and external customers by providing confidential, timely, and accurate information when required.
  • Independently answer and/or triage requests for information.
  • Create, review, and update documentation, utilizing Microsoft Office tools especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word.
  • Create and manage electronic signature templates and documents using DocuSign and Adobe.
  • Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
